As each Medi-Tag product is personally engraved for the individual, we are unable to issue refunds. Cancellation Rights do not apply to personalised and engraved goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the interest of hygiene Magnohealth Jewellery and Supports and Magno-Vet products cannot be exchanged or refunded if the products have been worn, damaged or soiled. We regret that unless faulty, only those products that are returned with all packaging in a saleable condition can be accepted for return.

Upon receipt of your Magnohealth or Magno-Vet order, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can cancel your order within 7 working days starting the day after its receipt. Your money will then be refunded within 30 days. To cancel your order you should return the item(s) with a letter of cancellation to the following address:
